MATUSEWICZ BUDOWA MASZYN S.A. – Restructuring

District Court of Jelenia Góra Division for bankruptcy and restructuring issued the Ruling of 29th June 2016 under case file no X GR XXXX and decided to

1. pen remedial proceedings towards MATUSEWICZ Budowa Maszyn Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Gryfów Śląski, National Court Register no 0000XXXXX;
2. appoint PMR Restrukturyzacje S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (National Court Register no 0000546300), which Management Board includes restructuring advisors: Maciej Roch Pietrzak (license no 5) as Chairman and Małgorzata Anisimowicz (license no 74), as Vice-Chairman, allowing the Debtor’s Chairman to administer entire estate without overdrawing ordinary management.

Instruction:

Creditor within one week from the date of an announcement of the opening of remedial proceedings in the Judicial and Economic Monitor (polish: Monitor Sądowy I Gospodarczy) whose registered office or place of usual residence on the day of the opening of proceedings were abroad –is entitled to appeal against the ruling of the opening of proceedings only in a part concerning jurisdiction of Polish courts within a thirty days from the date of an announcement of the opening of a remedial proceedings in the Court and Economic Monitor (polish: Monitor Sądowy I Gospodarczy).
