Today one Operator has 3 and more production lines, which are automatically loaded. He does not control the line parameters himself; the program of the machine has to. While he is controlling the Product! We are processing thin materials with 1 mil and less. We are producing lines and spaces under 1 mil (actually 1 mil)

YIELD LINE: exceedingly high grade of standardization
A most flexible and integrated system. All different modules can be combined within a Line according to Process needs.
Basis of all Modules and lines is the dimensionally stable supporting Stainless Steel Frame. This frame is protective coated, sealed and sheathed with Polypropylene.
This sturdy frame construction is supporting and bearing basis of the Machine:
- The Module tops are precisely leveled on a sturdy Stainless Steel frame, plastic - coated.
- The separate Module- Sumps are fixed in the SS frame.
- And so are the drive motors and elements.
- The conveyor system has double- sided main drive shafts. The result is an exceptionally smooth precision conveyor, independently leveled in the Module top fixtures.
- Each Module, Segment and the Main Drive- Shaft have stress avoiding temperature- compensating links and couplings.
